He has handled number of assignments like collaboration agreements, equity participation of foreign companies, venture capital participation, cross border acquisitions, merger & demerger of companies, commercial aspects of project execution, debt syndication and MIS, etc. and also handled commercial and treasury operation for one of the richest sporting organisation in the world for more than 5 years.
